This class allows you to learn basic Zumba® movements set to vibrant international rhythms. Our classes combine all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance & flexibility – for a total body workout. You are invited to move at your own pace and encouraged to infuse basic dance steps with your own personal style and flavor. There are NO wrong moves at this dance party, so let loose and have FUN. We’ll see you on the “dance floor!” Beginners are especially welcome. No dance background required, just bring a smile, a willingness to laugh at yourself, a pair of comfortable shoes and some water.
